Suportal Ltd was established in 2009 as a coaching/consulting company for individuals and companies, founded by Ales Adamic.
All the direct experiences from managing small company for 8 years, working in sales, marketing exc., different educational , self-development, spiritual seminars, books, workshops and coaching more than 500 individuals are brought in workshops, trainings and coaching in order to provide smoother, faster, bigger, more innovative and fulfilled results to clients.
Suportal ltd supports individuals: to have breakthrough in their perception of who they are, what they are capable of by discovering what is their purpose in life. To actually have a “taste” of it, not just conceptualise it inside the head. Further to make it a part of their career, job or business.
For companies: to be sufficient in what they do, to have good communication between the management and workers. To put people on work spaces those are already inspired about the work, and not to “make” or “force” them to be. It is all about finding people, that will do the job that is in context of their purpose in life and not just because they are educated in the field or they want to make money out of it. Huge difference for an employer as well as for employee.

Why am I here? It is most comment and frequently asked question. Is this what I should do? Is this it?! …and on and on… We spend hours and hours thinking about it. Lots of times it costs us or our employer lots of unproductive hours and money.
When we find it, it is done. All focus shifts form questioning and dwelling to achieving. This makes all the difference. The realisation of goals, tasks, and projects becomes just a question of time.
It is an experience with our clients that they feel more enthusiastic, strong, certain, powerful, innovative and creative when they determine their purpose in life and start fulfilling on it.
Life purpose is an amazing source of life energy and creative ideas in all areas.

Year ago (on 1st Avgust 2009) Alese’s friend Irena died from cancer. He opened the company before she got sick again, but intention to make a difference in people lives was not so firm.
After visiting her in the hospital in her last few days, everything got clearer. Watching her effort to move, breathe, even to just lift a hand was almost impossible for her. To see that, was sad and eyes opening what healthy person can do. If he/she wants, is willing.
Her last message to Ales was, to remember and thank for at least one nice thing that happened per day. To be focused on what you can do when you still can. And just because you can.
What ever you can do to have a great life, to fulfil your dreams and desires, to help others… do it just because you can. The time might came that you will not be able any more… appreciate the moment and “just do it” and not dwell for years about “should ”, “shouldn’t”…
